DN Filling Machines can provide highly accurate gravimetric (weight) filling of liquid and
semi-liquid products into containers from 500 ml to 25 liters (pint to 6 gallons).
The DN models use digital scales and Fast-Fill/Slow-Fill to achieve accuracy to +/-0.1% of
target fill weight. They are available with up to 6 filling nozzles and speeds to
700 containers per hour.
Sub-surface fillers are available for foaming liquids.
DN Models from CRANDALL INTERNATIONAL are available with contact parts in stainless steel,
sanitary stainless steel, or titanium to meet the requirements of the food, chemical and
petroleum industries.
KN Filling Machines with 25 liter capacity can provide accurate filling of liquid and
semi-liquid products into containers from 2 to 25 liters (1/2 to 6 gallons). Using mechanical
weight tripping devices for weight sensing, they offer a lower cost option for those who require
or prefer gravimetric filling.
Our 25 liter/6 gallon capacity machines are available with from 1 to 6 filling nozzles,
and are capable of speeds to 700 containers per hour. (10 Liter capacity models are available for
filling containers from 500 ml-10 liters/pint-2.5 gal.)
KN Models are available with contact parts in stainless steel,
sanitary stainless steel, or titanium to meet the requirements of the food, chemical and
petroleum industries.
