For small production situations, the KN1-10-RD, or KN1-25-SD filler may be used with a FCL closer to fill and close the friction top cans or plastic containers with press-on lids.
The operator would operate the filler and place the lid. He would move the container, with the lid on top, to the closer. The container, with lid, will pass through the closer and be closed.
A second worker will label, box and perform any other necessary operations
to complete the packaging.
If the production is very low, the operator can allow a case of containers
to accumulate after the closer, then stop filling while he completes the
other operations himself.
