A KN2-RD and DN2-RD fillers can be used to fill friction top cans and plastic containers with press-on lids.
The operator (1) will operate the filling machine, having empty containers placed beside his work area.
After the container fills, the operator of the filler will place the lid on the container before he pushes the filled container to the discharge conveyor. The containers, with lids, will pass through the FCL closer (3) and be closed.
After closing, the filled and capped containers exit to a short collection conveyor (4) and a worker (5), will pack and/or palletize the containers (6).
