The KN1-25-SD filler is often used for filling pails.
When filling pails, we recommend a layout similar to the diagram to the left.
A CLS-25 pail closer is placed beside the KN1-25-SD filling
machine.
The worker would follow these steps for filling and closing the pails.
1. He would place an empty pail on the filling platform and press the
operating button to begin filling.
2. When the fill is complete, he will roll the filled pail to
the conveyor of the closer beside the filling platform.
3. He will place another pail on the filling platform and begin
the fill.
4. While the pail on the filling machine is being filled, the
worker will operate the CLS-25 to close the pail.
5. After the pail is closed, he will put the pail on the pallet.
6. He will return to the filler to discharge the filled
container, place the next empty container, and begin fill.
This organization allows one person to fill, close and palletize pails.
